Refund Policy

Individual license ($29)

All Individual license purchases are final. Because most of Temperament is free to explore in your browser before you buy, you can see exactly what you're purchasing beforehand, so we don't offer refunds on this tier. If a purchase failed to unlock the App, or something is broken on our end, contact matthew@matthewcurran.net and we'll fix it.

Studio, Department, and Institution licenses

These licenses include a signed license agreement and, in some tiers, a live session with faculty or students. Refund terms are as follows:

Within 14 days of purchase: full refund.
After 14 days: no refund for the current license term, but you're welcome to let the license lapse and not renew.

If we've made an error, such as billing you incorrectly or delivering a broken product, we'll make it right regardless of these windows.

How refunds are processed

Individual license refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record for that tier, back to your original payment method. Studio, Department, and Institution licenses are billed directly by Curran Crafts, so refunds for those tiers are issued directly by us. Refund requests should come to us first at matthew@matthewcurran.net so we can confirm the license is being cancelled.
